Job Summary

Monir Group of Companies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing & communication team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual sense, branding knowledge, and the ability to convert marketing ideas into attractive designs for print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding materials, brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements.

Create and optimize graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and website marketing campaigns.

Design packaging, promotional content, and corporate communication materials.

Work with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Edit and retouch product photos, service contents, and digital creatives.

Prepare print-ready files for press, ensuring correct size, resolution, and color mode.

Brainstorm new ideas for brand promotion and visual storytelling.

Maintain proper backup and archive of all design files.

Support internal departments with presentation and document formatting (if needed).

Stay updated with current design trends and software techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Multimedia (preferred)

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Adobe InDesign / After Effects will be plus)

Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory

Good understanding of brand identity and corporate design standards

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Additional Requirements

Must be proactive & self-motivated

Good communication skills

Ability to collaborate with the marketing and content team

Basic knowledge of social media marketing design formats
